Fail Proof Training Treats

liver-treat-recipe One of the things I took away from puppy class was how to make liver treats for Zoe - they became an essential part of my dog training kit for the first two years of her life! They worked every time, my recalls with her were 100%.

I don't use treats much for training now, as I've weaned Fritz and Zoe off food rewards for good behavior, but every now and again I take them with me on our walks. When they know I have liver treats with me, they are just that much more attentive to what I ask them to do - talk about dogs operating purely on a 'what's in it for me' basis!

I have yet to find a dog that doesn't like liver, and it might just help you with that recall!
